Hi and thank you for viewing the Real Estate of Montana’s website. I am Charla Taylor, a Broker and one of the owners of Real Estate of Montana, LLP. July marked my 12th year in real estate in 2015. I started off being the office manager for REM and then went on to become the broker/owner’s personal assistant. In 2007, I branched out and purchased Montana Property Management, LLC and over the years have established a successful business that is still going strong today. Between my assistant and I, we manage approximately 50 properties in the Helena Area. We do single family, multi-family and commercial businesses. In July of 2010, several partners and I were able to purchase the company and we changed the name by adding LLP (partners). We have a very unique office structure. We are family and it shows in how we treat and support each other, not only in our business lives but also personally. My successful real estate and property management career is based on the principal that I treat you the way I want to be treated.
